Nav Button help

I can't get the RECENTS button too appear as seen in the photo under the top picture it shows it plus I've never had this problem someone please help thank u

I had same problem bc i used softkeyz app so i had to restore whole phone ...hope this helps

If you are rooted you can use G2 tweaksbox and xposed to replace the Q icon with recents.
