'download completed' notifications on my phone re-appear back some minutes after cleaning up the notification area or right after it boots up 
its much more annoying when you download too many stuffs
i have to wait for 'clear data' button in 'download manager' appinfo after every download season done!
plus that it either should launch/open downloaded file by touching the notification , but mine does not!
please excuse my bad english and help me fix this.
