Roms based on the stock kernel will have hardware acceleration.

This ROM is meant for the GT-P3113 - This is a WIFI only model
The GT-P3100 is a GSM enabled tablet.
So unless you don't mind losing the SIM functionality, this ROM will work just fine.
Also do take a full NANDROID backup before you install any custom ROM

yes u can do it without any problem.does it work on P3100? i really want to change my ROM coz it's getting boring using the default ROM
u r wrong mate, p3100 is not the sim model, its just the euro version without IR port
i'm running it and just master piece about battery life... its 1D 7h right now, like 2H of use and 70% left...

You can use the one that came with it just fine. Any aokp kernel in the development section works fine.
had to ask... my learning curve has to shift to this since i'm finally happy with my atrix4g - need something new to break, fix, break, fix and then say, i'm finally happy with.

This ROM is old and out of date. There are no download links afaik. This older version of ICS has no hardware acceleration. Please try out a newer Jellybean ROM such as AOKP or CM10.

Look for the "PCB" theme for cm9/10 and aokp. Its basically all this ROM is, A PCB blue themed aokp.1
I have been using this rom on my galaxy tab2 7.0 p3110
3 days for now and its working very stable
only thing what is it showing my tablet gt-p3113 now,
but that doesn't matter its only a numbers
and this working very stable
