Is there way to input my name to be appeared when I say "OK Google"?

For example: Good Morning, (my name)

Put your name in the owner info. TC sometimes displays your name sometimes not.Its random

Where can i find owner info?

If you want your name to be appeared in touch less control. You have edit your name in the default synced google account.To achieve that simply follow->>>> swipe the top screen with your two fingers click the top left column and edit the name of your account(not in the local profile) in my google+ profile... that's all... you're done..
