[Q] No OS installed? <-- Bootloader [Q]

I'm alraedy trying to get s-off on my device and had another thread.
But i now noticed that the bootloader show :

And aswell if i "fastboot getvar all":

looks like your firmware is in limbo


please post the rest of your getvar all (excluding IMEI and s/n), cause the radio version you have looks like a GPE version... so is your phone an original GPE, a Sense modified to GPE, or a Sense version? (what's the colour of bootloader, white or black?)

I tried installing GPE with S-On untill i realised i had to S-Off first. Could this be the issue?
Any support would be hugely appriciated, am trying to get GPE, have another thread running with some problems getting S-Off with Rumrunner, but i have seem to have a unsupported CID i guess ( T-Mob101)
And i'm on the Sense ( White bootloader )
I've tried flashing a RUU, which was invalid with my CID. But Phone simply rebooted and worked fine?
