Minimalist Blue ADW Icon Pack,
Beautiful Widgets w/ Aquamix skin
The dock icons also have a nice blue glow when they're tapped

Widget Locker, and when you hold down the lock button you can move it in eight positions around a wheel which you can customize (mine are silent mode, camera, unlock, and dialer). Its kind of hard to explain but once you see it you'll understand, check out some screenshots with the wheel expanded
And the very top is Missed It! which is a little confusing if you've never done stuff like rainmeter skins, but it really cleans up your lock screen if you pair it with hiding the top bar
Both are paid apps, but, they're pretty cheap and worth it IMO
