Lcd display issue

Hi guys...

Water got into my phone few days ago.My phone is working fine but there are white shades on my display.white lines,blue lines same colour lines or shades as what is displaying on screen.

There is no problem with the touch response and everything is fine. i just want to replace my display.How much does it cost any idea ?? In local shop and sony service center. (I am from india )

In local sony center it will cost 3-5K and if you go for unauthorized shop then 2-3K
