Could we get contact images in text notifications please?
I also wish we could get the regular colored email icon and gmail icon for images in email notifications from emails from non-contacts. I hate the generic non-contact silhouette. looks crappy.

Very buggy rom for me. I installed this rom just to check it out. Screen rotate doesn't work about 1/2 the time. After about a day, the rom lags pretty bad. I had three usage attempts: Wiped > aosp+_n.8.1_NS.zip. *Used for 2 days* Wiped > aosp+_n.8.1_NS.zip > Reboot after 20 min > air_kernel_v4.0_voodoo_colors_original_FIX.zip *Used for two days* Wiped > aosp+_n.8.1_NS.zip > Reboot after 20 min > GLaDOS-cfs-V2.11.zip *Used for a day*
I will check this rom again in a couple of months to see if it is less buggy.

Try vanilla. Rock solid for me and I can actually roam on data now. No other ROM gives me reception in the subway. Neapolitan was a bit buggy for me too, so I feel your pain.
Which is weird because I thought radio, not kernel controlled reception?

I thought I post my question here as well, maybe the 4G forum has somebody who could help me out with his/her knowledge. So, my question is: how to make a battery mod without breaking the features in N.8.1? I know there is a script for that, but that does the above thing.

Androiduser has his reasons that I'll never know for stopping on cna and focusing on asop+ . But if both roms stop development I would really value his opinion on the next rom to move on to.
I've tried several different flavors and always go back to cna. I came over to this thread hoping to follow the dev. However, with silence here as well I just don't know.

Built from AOSP and when flashed with GApps it will perform like Google OTA ROM. This is for those who want an OTA ROM like ROM built from source. ROM has root, busybox and deodexed.

Wipe Cache
Wipe Data/Factory reset

AOSP+ ROM Utility - Click HERE
AOSP+ ROM Utility is just like CodeName Android ROM Utility but for AOSP+. Download file, install as any other APK file, run ROM Utility and press "List Downloads" and select the files you want to download. When downloads are complete you will find a folder named AOSP_Plus on the root of your SD Card and this where all the files will be downloaded to. From there, follow normal install instructions to install ROM, GApps and whatever else for the time being while the ROM Utility is being worked on so it will have the ability to flash ROMs and other such files.
