You can unlock your device and install a custom ROM and so get the language you want, plus you get to your device root privileges. You can follow this tutorial to unlock your device and install a custom ROM fully unlocked:

I have tried all possible methods to return to WP7.5 bootloader 2.0.5, but without success. I also tried with goldcard but still without success.

Exactly, I was hit with my 3 devices HTC Radar "Free, Movistar and Vodafone" and with the same bootloader 4.6. Try it with another USB flash drive or other card reader, but before you buy or try different SD cards or other flash drive, you might have a bad connection in home goldcard cables, as always seems to fail for this problem.

Try to reconnect the cables again and advised welding.
