HTC One Stuck in Bootloader with no TWRP recovery

Hello there,

My HTC One with Rogers Wireless is stuck in bootloop and I've tried everything to get it back to any form of life.

The screen reads...

Now, I can go into a menu where it also shows

FASTBOOT
RECOVERY
FACTORY RESET
SIMLOCK
IMAGE CRC
SHOW BARCODE

Although I can usually get out of any problem I face with recovery, For some reason which I don't know, When I go into recovery, It takes me back into the bootloader. I've tried to re-add TWRP and I've tried to unlock my device again, Both I cannot do.

I desperately need help. I rely on my mobile and I have a flight across country for Christmas in a month and am currently laid off and low on funds or I would buy out my contract and get a new phone.
