Hi,

Is there a possibility to have DIOPEN IME keyboard in this build or as a separate apk?

yes, i did wipe data, cache and dalvi cache and i dont restore anything at all!
i also tried to restore everyting to stock and then to aokp rom.
i even tried to wipe everything that was possible in CWM.
strange!

Edit:
i did a nandroid backup right after i installed the rom, and to get out of the bootloop i had to restore data, not restore everything, just data. if it helps?! :) but after turning on auto brightness i get back to the bootloop

I have tried every ICS rom for this tab and the same thing happend to all of them. if anyone have any idea, please help!

I have a weird issue the past couple versions of this ROM. When the tablet wakes from sleep, it cannot connect to wifi. It attempts the connection and then says authentication error. If I forget the connection and try to do it again, it says the same thing. If I turn off wifi and then back on, it connects fine automatically. Anyone else have this issue?

I also want to add that I tried Cyanogenmod 9 and it did not have this problem. I prefer to use this ROM though.

I have EXACTLY the same issue and fix. I figured it was something to do with my wireless router. But it never happened on my previous version.

I always do a full data wipe when I install new versions just to be safe. I'm not sure what else to try.

A quick question, any chanse it will be possible to play avi files with the standard video player? I would love a bigger file support than today with the standard player.

and still no update for 3g from galaxian soup.
    oh man...

i'm pretty sure most of the devs have a real life, job & better things to do than build roms for each release...
be patient. its free! if you don't like it figure out how to build and compile the rom yourself.
sorry if i sound kinda mean but people complaining about devs not releasing stuff, when the devs do it in their own time and for free kinda pisses me off...

With the greatest of respect, I did read all the posts, I've been following since the beginning. I was wondering with the AOKP folks being on build 32, whether or not we would be getting an upgrade.

Yes, I have a concern like everyone else about the camera but I know that's a problem across all ROM's. However if this one wasn't being developed, then it would not have a camera...not ever. There is no law that a ROM has to be developed forever.

We've been working on the camera for all gtab 8.9s (we would immediately share with all rom builders), but its not as easy as snapping your fingers. I personally have spent 12+ hours attempting to adapt the ICS wrapper (which has little to no documentation and isn't even for our SOC).

Blame samsung for their lack of expediency in releasing the source code or a rom. Once that happens (or a miracle of programming genius) we will add the camera support post haste.

For the record we will continue to develop this and the AOSP rom (and perhaps another), we have the experience to bring you quality. We hope you continue to appreciate our effort's, my build env is fixed so updates will come faster.

    Ciao
