Not to be an A-hole. Buts theres sticky/threads on that all over this place.
Are u on the 4.3 Ota lock bootloader?
If u are then u CANT flash a custom recovery.
If you are NOT on it then yes you. There's many to choose from.
Root fone unlock bootloader then flash recovery of ur choice

Yes, im on 4.3 ota and rooted but when i flash cwm via rom manager and boot into recovery, i get the yellow triangle. Oh and i cant figure a way to unlock bootloader. Thanks

You can flash only TW roms but as far as I've read there is no custom recovery. As twisted mentioned your on the 4.3 ota and that's that
