Hi everyone :)

I recently own a galaxy tab s (the wifi model ) and I was wanting to do a Nandroid backup before to root my device.

The problem is than there is no software like CWM and TWRP who support it...

Does anyone know one who support the nandroid backup for the tab s ?

Thank you for your help

First, thank you for your answer !

But the problem is then im still pretty noob in android and im not sure which method is the best and the easier...

If you have a quick tutorial that would be nice.

If you don't I will continue my google research :p

thanks for your help

Assuming you don't have TWRP installed just download
: Google playstore app called "Flashify"
: download "openrecovery-twrp-2.1.1"
File from the link I provided

Open the Flashify app and grant it superuser rights, than tap "Recovery IMG" and tap choose a file and navigate to the file you downloaded and tap "yup"
You now have TWRP

If you have TWRP installed than boot to recovery and hit "backup" and it will do the rest (reboot system after backup is complete).

: I prefer the "dd" method

Also I would add in your thread name witch WiFi model (SM-T700)or
(SM-T800)or add a signature to the bottom of your page

Just like plugging in a usb thumb drive. Only thing is to make sure you have the latest samsung usb drivers, which you can get from their website. You can also back it up to dropbox via the app (downloadabe from Playstore) which has free 50gb of storage for galaxy tab users.

Sent from my rooted Galaxy S5.
