Hi,

I'm really confused right now. If i slide the Bass Boost slider to the right, it reduces bass instead of boosting it.

Scenario 1: Decent bass:

Scenario 2: Massive bass:

Scenario 3: Sissy bass:

What is going on? Is this expected behavior?

Sub question 1: What are the best eq settings for nexus 5 according to you guys?
Sub question 2: What is the best alternative for Google Music App for nexus 5?

Thanks!

Honestly the best thing you can do is install viper4android. Best audio mod out there period! Been using it since I got the phone.

V4A hits your battery hard when listening to music. That's why I just use dspmanager

This is repeatable? Can you try with the eEQ sliders at 0db? Also Surround seems to enable itself so keep it off or the same for your testing.

The built-in EQ is utter crap and has always been.

I'm not sure why you don't want to root, but you're missing out if you haven't used Viper.
