How come when setting a wallpaper it makes me crop the picture?

Because you are selecting via gallery. Use the files directory to set without crop.

Am I doing it wrong or something because I went to the files directory opened the picture and did set as and it trys to have me crop it still.

Was there ever a answer for this question? I too would like to know where or how to save pre-cropped wallpapers so that I don't have to worry about re-cropping on the phone. Any help would be appreciated.

So is there a special folder or something to put the wallpapers in so that it doesn't bother you with the cropping stuff? I already have wallpaers ready to go (1280x720).

Any answer? Used to use picspeed app on other phones to not have to crop and that's not even working

The city picture shouldn't require cropping or anything.

Yes. I have an AHD and it is now my work phone. I was just sharing my favorite wallpaper and showing what it looks like installed on a phone. I can just delete the entire post if you're going to cry about it.

Just forget about which phone was used to show the wallpaper okay?.. It's not the point of the post, the wallpaper is. Jesus Christ people need to take a break from the internet.

Well if he posted it in the home screen post it'd be one thing. But this topic has nothing to do with everyone's wallpaper just how to size it.
