OK i did a little more in depth searching on Google and this is what i did...... I installed safe strap 3.71 on my Verizon Gs4 4.3 Mk2 firmware after i rooted my phone with Saferoot. i then used Safestrap to install the .zip from the link above, i used the "VOLUME BOOSTING SOUND [MODERATE]" and it sounds perfect real loud! thank you again for the help
