white screen during the align screen

hi guys
i have a problem during the align screen
when i start to align the screen, it become white but the alignment continue
how i can fix this issue?

why r u bothering??
i have also that issue but not at all..
plz focus moer on the rom not that small things..
people even dont care about this small things....

I also have this problem with 23569 (not 23563 or 21903). Does anyone know of a solution?

try to check services at startup, also this iussues could appears when you edit txt files for customization they should be saved, if I am not wrong, in utf not ANSI.
Also if you included run_cc in your rom this iussues could happen because of runcc starts customization at same time of welcome.exe.
