go in mobile settings .. than network and wireless..... than tethering and portable hotspot.. than tick on usb tethering... ur phone is connected..
bt 1 thing.. thr must be usb driver installed in ur pc...

Do this too..settings->wireless and networks->tethering and portable hosts->portable wifi hotspot
