Is anyone out there noticing cpu 1 and 2 frequency locking up after about a day straight on?

Nobody had this happen? Now all three cores 1-3 the min changes by itself

I have been noticing that on all AOSP derived ROMs since I got the phone. I've also noticed that I absolutely can not use any governor except Interactive. Changing governors is a guaranteed lockup within 10 minutes of the phone going to sleep.
I've just been setting min to 300 and ignoring that it seems to peg itself at whatever I have the max set to. My battery life is still very good, so, I'm not entirely sure what is actually going on.
I don't have any lockup issues, but I have noticed Core 1 and Core 4 both are used pretty much in sync. I have a CPU gauge in my status bar, and on 4.3 Core 1 would alway be active the most. Now on 4.4.2 I see Core 1 and Core 4 both used about the same, and at the same times. All four get going pretty good faster now too. It's having no effect on my battery, but the phone is running much smoother overall, so I'm very happy with it.
