One thing the above post's have failed to point out to do first which is the single most important thing for you to do is backup your efs ..Please read this guide>>

1). Install TWRP or CWM using ODIN.
2). Make a nAndroid backup (backup and restore backup).
3). Perform a factory reset.
4).Go to "install" and select the ROM zip file and gapps.
