Hi
boot.bin is the same but Sbl.bin is not the same as XWJVB.
Sbl.bin is the one responsible for Download and Recovery modes, the Gingerbread versions contains security fixes that should have been since the first SGS firmware release.

Are the fixes with each sbl.bin documented ?

for future reference, if you have the kernals that support clockwork mod recovery, eg. CF-ROOT, Voodoo etc,
1) You place the cwm zip file on the sd card.
2) Switch phone OFF
3) Hold Volume UP + Home and the Power key until the Samsung galaxy writing appears.
4) You will now see a menu, in the list will be the option to "install zip from sd card" use the power button as select key and the vol. keys to move up and down.
5) After clicking install zip from sd card, find the zip file you want to install and select it, it will then ask you to confirm.
6) After file installed click go back, and then reboot phone. DONE :)

Wrote in the simplest way I could, hope it helps

2% battery drain in 12 hours over night...

At last I get the same battery drain as with "2.2.1 / Doc / Speedmod" using standard Samsung software... :D

All I need now is CF-Root to be able to use my apps...

@Ramad

I have some questions.

Is it possible to flash JVH with: CSC: OXAJVK (Multi CSC) because i need DBT

Second Question: Is it possible to flash JVH as a NON-WIPE? That will be great.

Thanks for help

yes you can. just flash the pda and phone(modem) files, then after rebooting make sure you have enough free space in /system by using astro file manager. if you have enough space, just flash the required CSC file. i flashed OLBJPA using this method. hope it'll help you...;)

i am going out, no eta on fast come back ;]

i will add 'source' files there you will find framework.jar and android.policy.jar in /dist/ folders
those are files to push for it to work on deodexed.

still you would have to manualy edit your deodexed SystemUI.apk (copy over _fully_conected_ icon files) in order to have nexus s notification icons 'effect'

and ofc push all files manualy ;d

Check or install your APN settings

Internet APN

three.co.uk

Connects your mobile to the Three network for web, email etc

http://ask3.three.co.uk/SRVS/CGI-BI...se=obj(637),varset_USERNAME=Mobile:MobileUser

It is not a problem of the data network only. I cannot make calls and nothing. I mean I have no connection at all. When I try to manually connect it says - unable to connect to network.
And all the settings were made by the guys in the three store.
