As i had informed you earlier , the phone initiliazes from the SIM card, we have to handle the sim card .Try to get a gevey CDMA sim and change its min number and hopefully it works.

Hi guys , i have tried to contact a person who says he can send me a Motherboard which fits and works for a Droid Charge and it will be unlocked and works with all networks, but he is charging me 65 U.S dollars inclusive of shipping which i feel is more.I will try to ask for discount and update.
He says it is GSM with SIM slot.

As you know no one said it is working on GSM network, I'm very sure there is no GSM technology inside Droid Charge. Maybe just other phone looks like Droid Charge with GSM network or maybe a replica.
Nowaday there are many replica phone from China with the same form, type and name that you can't even notice the difference when you hold it, but after check more deeply you'll find the answered.
Just info, US Cellular also sold Droid Charge as Samsung Galaxy S Aviator, let's hope the lock more easier to break and can be flash vice versa.

Agreed! Droid Charge doesn't have hidden GSM radio like the HTC Rezound, save your money and keep praying that someone will leak the VIA Programming Tools
Speaking of Aviator, I have download the User Manual pdf..it's just identical with the Charge, hope there's an ODIN package for the Aviator so I could try to mess the phone

, the driver put my samsung sch-I110 CDMAmodem mode in function, no more erros INTF2, and the PVST could change the international prl 52642 to one of the prl from a phone company in my country. Sorry for my bad english, thanks again bro, and sorry if i dont understand your question My opinion, we don't need any other CDMA tools to inject this phone coz we already have Samsung PST to do all the jobs.
Try open your Samsung PST then select the phone (SCH-I510), click on Setting button then click Select all and Read From Phone, and you'll found all settings we need to inject but the coloumn with grey color blue text is locked. Maybe these settings locked by DLL file that came from Verizon, we need to crack this DLL file to unlock the settings.

I have already tried with PST lite, do you or anyone has full version of PST for Droid Charge i510
Lite version is enough, the matter is DLL file locked the settings. The DLL file can be call a profile for the phone coz the file only work on the same phone type only. CMIIW
I tried changing it, but it reverts back to its original setting after a restart.

Have u try remove the SIM? When u used the SIM all settings will be back to 4G settings but when u remove the SIM, all settings refer to phone configuration.
My opinion SIM Card is priority, when it available the phone will read it but when it unavailable the phone will switch to CDMA. CMIIW
I formerly use Motorola Photon 4G Sprint but I'm not a Sprint user, when the phone boot the first time it read is 4G network then CDMA follow by GSM. If 4G available then it connect to 4G if not then CDMA, if CDMA not available then GSM.

Thanks for the link, unfortunately Droid Charge didn't use the same SIM card like GSM. Charge uses UICC type, which is different but similar (?
) from regular SIM Card cdmaworkshop
thanks chien that fixed the driver issue I have been having with the i110 samsung illusion but since this is not a qualcomm chip will i not be able to use cdma workshop to flash this handset?i tried different combos of cdma modem and pda i got the proper diag com ports to show up in cdmawrkshop but it wont read the phone nor will it allow me to write anything either? im wondering if this phone has been fully flashed yet?

3This is what I do to get connected with VPST :
- Remove SIM Card, turn on the phone.
- Connect the phone to PC, Install VIA Telecom USB Driver.
- Dial **USBUI, choose USB > CDMA Modem
- While the phone still connected to PC, Dial **DEBUG and then go to ETS Channel. If it's already on USB, change it to DPRAM and then back to USB.
- Open VPST Dragon, not VPCT. Update PRL, Restart Phone, Done.
- Dial **583, choose Enable CDMA Mode. Phone ask to restart, but you don't have to. And the signal should comes up now
- Stuck there, PRL updated, Signal shown (no more roaming indicator) but still cannot make a test call ( *22809 should connect to my local carrier activation, but the call just ended immediately.)

VPST couldn't read some PRL, just try another version of your carrier PRL.
Wrong PRL file will gives you "USB Loopback test : failed"

So far, I have found VPCT,VPST,and ETSMain which is made for VIA Telecom phones... too bad, its all old version and it's not fully compatible with newer VIA Phones.

My goal is still... to disable that control freak SIM Card another 4G-LTE Phone who uses Qualcomm chipset is already able to flashed to another carrier, because it's quite easy to disable SIM Card via QPST,DFS, and another CDMA tools.

I tried to change MIN and AKEY straight to the SIM Card, but it won't write.. DFS just give some CPS_ERROR ( I forgot the exact error message ).
