Heck even my Galaxy Note survived a drop on concrete while I was driving my bike, didn't even had a scratch, so i guess this SHOULD do better.

Everytime this phone survives such treatment it makes me smile.
However Iam to scared to every try holding it under water, guess I will enjoy the video's of others doing so. ^^

When you have all flaps closed you can hold it under water without a problem. If something bad might happen while you do that then there is a big chance that you will get a replacement phone. (Big chance)

One more video, shows water resistant, I think they well below 1m.

Nothing will happen, but the lower you go the more pressure will be on the phone. So more chance of something bad happening because of the pressure.
