Google S3 Mini is that it will not. Hopefully NewMaclaw S3 Mini in a short time L for the Android Rom.
Samsung didn't release KitKat for our devices, so Android L is also a no-go. Luckily, Maclaw said they will start developing an Android L ROM once its source code is released.
