Howto install the 4.4.3 update

Folks I have stock ROM on my Nexus5 5 with an unlocked BL and rooted with TWRP installed. Now I'm notified that the 4.4.3 update is available but when I click on it, it downloads, boots into TWRP runs a quick script and phone reboots with no update done. Can anyone please point me in the right direction to find out the correct method to apply the update please..

1. Either return to stock 4.4.2 (unrooted) and apply the OTA... (Via flashing the 4.4.2 Google Stock image)

OR

2. Flash a 4.4.3 custom stock ROM over your current ROM using TWRP.

Make a nandroid before anything you try and back up your internal SD.

Every userdata will remain. Flash supersu zip from here: http://download.chainfire.eu/447/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.99r4.zip in twrp to gain root access again
