i won one of these rose htc phones today..... Where can i find a kitchen to cook a rom? dont wanna brick my blackstone but idc about this "poor mans raphael" lol

It is not hard to create a kitchen... Look at the other phones and remove their material and replace it with you phones....
As far as bricking it... I have built many roms for my Juno, Kaiser, and Touch.. when the rom would not work I would just put it back in bootloader mode and flash the stock rom... as longer as you only mess with the os portion you will be ok...
I used the same kitchen I got for my Kaiser for my Juno but swapped the SYS, OEM, and XIP out... oh and changed some settings
