Does the latest 442 need LagFix-(fstrim) app?

No, it does not since fstrim was implemented in 4.3. The system takes care of allocated blocks automatically and the app runs risk of brick; I managed to do this with a Droid X and a Galaxy Nexus. Wedged my Nexus 7 after the KitKat update.
