Not register on network after 4.3 update.

Hi guys,
Don't think I'm not searching for my problem and posting new threads. My problem is different from others.

When I upgraded to 4.3 from 4.1.1 there is no mistake at all "successfully upgraded" but when I noticed there is network signal showing its working as usual but in notification it's showing "emergency call only" .

When I try to make call from other phone to my s3 4.3 call ring ring but in s3 it's saying "emergency call only" how it's possible and what is the problem.

Does any one has faced it before. Please help!!!

Settings>About Device>Status look for your serial number.

IMEI and Serial number, Bootloader, Modem, PDA, CSC all things are correct.

Maybe not I think, but if it is locked then how to confirm it is locked or not?

And when I opened service mode by dialing *#0011# in service mode it shows "IMEI CERTI : FAIL" what does it means??

Try another sim, network problems after upgrade to efs v2 are usually due to unlocking patches (which don't work anymore) or previous repairs to the efs folder, rendering it incompatible with newer roms.
