the Rom itself doesn't go slow...only pop up menus lag... a work around this is to disable animations in display settings ...
Still ...if you don't mind those little glitches ..pop up menus will be smooth and you don't need to turn off animations.

I flashed the glitches patch at the same time of flashing the rom. As I hadn't tried the rom without it then I couldn't notice any speed restrictions. For me the rom seems very responsive and everything I have tried works great (obviously excluding the camcorder, but hey if I wanted to film anything I'll take my digital camcorder with me!).

Just go to setup (icon with a hat and magic stick

). As far of the icon, go back few pages. Somebody posted soemthing over there.

Ya. The trick is to either install the fix or not. If you do want it, do it right after you flash the rom, without booting it, so you won't notice the difference. Simple and easy.

There are also serious problems with this rom. wifi hotspot does not work. rom is very slow as well. study was to congratulate, but not enough.

+1. And I think many users just like to complain. When there's glitches, they asked for a fix and won't stop asking until somebody makes one. But when it's done, there will always somebody else keeps complaining and complaining and says that you don't ever need a fix for the glitches. My point is, if you don't like the fix, than keep it to yourself. If you think that the fix is worsen your device usage, than you could just use your device without it. And yes, flashing it right before first initial boot is recommended and gives better result.

thats odd, i have been running v1.2 all day and it is pretty smooth and fast. you can always disable the animations in settings to speed things up a bit

I had already partitioned my card previously so I had a swap partition. I downloaded swapper 2 in the advanced settings it has the option to mount mmcblk0p3

This rom runs much better with a 250mb swap set to swappines = 60

Anybody had the same smoothness as the video posted in post #1?

When I scroll left and right from the photo grid, it shows signs of lagginess.

Is this the fault of my SDCARD?

How did you guys achieve it?

I only installed the gallery fix and didn't overclock. Governor interactive and SuperCharger 525 unledded.

i have tested, it is working. HOWEVER .. when trying to add a picture from galery, it opens, asking me to select the album, as soon as i select it, it FCs on me.

so it works only is i take a picture.

Hebrew support + RTL

Hello, guyes.
Just downloaded and installed the lates version...
But no Hebrew support (in languages + keybord)....

Can some one share the RTL file and may be Hebrew pack file?

I had this same problem ... it went away when I followed instructions properly, specifically on the partitioning / wiping part.

Works for me, I have the choice between 100, 200 and 300kb

ed: chosen 300kb and sent was 175kb ... however, it worx
