[Q] How to enable 3G under 850 MHz in a S3 Mini i8190?

Gentlemen,
I recently bought a i8190 international version, but it is not connecting on the 3G network in Brazil, which is 850 MHz.

Flashing a custom MOD or using any other trick would help me connecting on 3G?

Hi. I'm sorry to say that it won't be possible.
It is hardware related, and the reason why there's a i8190L which I believe got 3g over 850MHz.
Just switching modem software can brick it.
