Hi all,
Just found this launcher and lockscreen which works pretty well on the Z1.
To install just flash the launcher via recovery

And install the lockscreen via the play store.

Once installed simply choose the lockscreen as the home launcher (always) then select the launcher you'd like to use in conjunction with it, ie: Google experience, xperia home or the LG launcher.
At first there are a few glitches but then it settles down and it works perfectly, there is a force close in the launcher settings when you click on lock screen so avoid clicking that, besides that it works as intended.
Settings for the lockscreen are available on the app which is in your add drawer.
FYI: This is not my work, I simply found it when I searched for it.
andev888 made the lockscreen mod and Jishnu Sur is the person responsible for the launcher.
*Note* For whatever reason (i'm not sure why) but the google search widget won't show up in widgets, perhaps someone could shed some light on this? Cheers.
