Hey All,
I got bored and wanted to make my flashaholic life easier... Since I flash Franco's Kernels and AOKP Roms often, I created this Thread to aid in restoring some of those things lost on the ROM flash part... namely my Sounds (Ringtones, Alarms, Notifications) that I convert to system sounds for better usability. Check it out if you're interested.

Trinity. I have only used stock and Matr1x besides trinity, but trinity on Rasbeanjelly ROM has given me the most exceptional battery life thus far.

hi guys, sorry to thread hijack but I've been searching the forums for the past few hours and I can't find a clear answer to this - so I've unlocked my bootloader and gained root to my nexus 4 using this utility - http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1995688
but I am still getting the t-mobile hotspot nag. All I want to be able to is USB tether, without this nag. Do I need to install a custom ROM or kernel? I'm confused where I need to go from here, and all the forum searches I've done yield people asking the same question that I am, without an answer.

you REALLY shouldn't be posting this in this thread...all you've done is unlock and root...now you need to flash a stock rooted rom OR a custom rom

Damn, great thread. There's one like this in the SGS3 I9300 forums as well. Just one problem with this one 
It hasn't been updated in a looong time.
Do you plan on updating this ever again? Or are you just finding it to be a lot of work?

As the name indicates this index only contain full guides, easy and quick how-to's and other references to the owners of a Nexus 4, if you want find the ROMs and Kernels for this device please take a look above on the « Useful Links section of this post to find the link to the dedicated thread.
Of course all the feedback is welcome, if you see some wrong information, have a suggestion or want to see some thread added/removed, you can post a reply in this thread or send me a PM.

I know that every Developer/Contributor is free to choose the title of the thread as he/she wants, but it's really much easier for users (and of course for me) if the date and/or the version of the guide, tool, app, etc. continue as the main field since I'm trying to organize the index by the date of the last update, with most recent being first. These are two examples of an "ideal" title:
[TOOL][07/07]NAME OF THE TOOL[EXTRA FEATURES]
[GUIDE][UPDATED 01/02]CHANGE XXX XXXXXXXX
I would really appreciate if the developers/contributors could organize their titles as some of the examples above. Thanks in advance.
