Sorry to disagree here mate. For me, when it comes to speed and performance point of view, nothing beats Zeam.
although it has the least features when it comes to customization.
anyway, I like how SE home looks and feels. so im sticking with it. I like it simple with ease of access.. not much of a widget fan. Here's mine.. tweaks are in my signature

Here is my setup, using ADW EX with kovdev's ICS theme for it. DarkforestROM RC2 with stock kernel (battery issues) and ClockworkMod recovery (built into RAMDISK):

How do you get the top bar to look like that? Is that because of the rom?

Whoa. Please tell me there is some kind of lag when using that setup O.O
Only when im done playing some heavy duty game, i face some lag like icons disappearing and coming back and glitches while moving between screens, but otherwise its normal.
