after i rooted my htc inspire i make a nandroid i tried few costum roms some are ext3 some ext4 touch then when i wanted to restore my nand i got error missmach Md5

Have you renamed your nandroid backups? If you have make sure there are no spaces on the name or recovery will show md5 mismatch.
