Linking BT keyboards

I have an old Logitech PlayStation 3 Cordless MediaBoard Pro. Now that we have root, is there anyway to get this thing to pair with the Fire TV? Any BT related files anything of that nature...

I have been trying to link this one, I cannot get it to work. I would like this one for the simple fact that it has a mouse pad built in. however, I have two more which came with USB dongles, those two work.

I finally got it to work with a BT dongle. I will not connect with the FTV built in BT

Which BT dongle? I just tried one I have and no go.

It was a generic no name one. It's an old one I found I my box of old crap. It has a link button on it I had to press to get it to link

Motorolla KZ500

Do most bluetooth keyboards work out of the box on the Fire TV?

I have the Motorolla KZ500, with a combo slide-out touchpad. It is connecting to the Fire TV using the sideloaded settings.apk, but it does not do anything.

any ideas or suggestions?

Has anyone successfully used their phone as a BT keyboard? I know there are apps for this in the play store but I cannot get the phone (nexus 5) or the firetv to see each other.

Somehow, I'm thinking that wasn't a BT dongle at all, but just an RF non-BT keyboard/mouse dongle.

Unless Logitech don't know what kind technology they use, it is definitely BT

It's not one of those Unifying dongles, is it? Those aren't BT.
