Hello all! I finally kicked off Verizon and left for t mobile and now finally have a beautiful nexus. I'd like to think I was helpful over there, but I'm so lost. There is SOOOO much more development here than my old HTC phones.

Can anyone point me to some good battery friendly ROMs and kernels? What do you guys like? I'll be sure to check out the battery results thread to:p thanks, and I look forward to talking to you all!

Congrats on your new phone and welcome to the Nexus 5 forums! :D

There are no such things as battery friendly roms/kernels as the battery life pretty much depends on how you set up your device and the way you're using it! Browse here and there(especially the stickies) and you will stumble upon tons of info!

I suppose I worded it wrong. I'm looking to tone down the confusion, as there are tons of options. Plus saying I'll be commenting all over the place. Thanks for the heads up though
