[Q] Phone call issues on all ROMS

no matter what rom i install i always encounter this one issue. I always have to copy libril.so and libsec-ril.so from STOCK to my new ROM to get data working and all that. Well I always run into the same problem. First i call *228 to activate so it works good i receive both sms and mms and can send and i receive calls. when i make a call it also works wonderful but when it comes time to end the call the phone will just have a black bar at the bottom and say at the top right dialing and i cant end the call unless the person on the other line ends it . I ve tried rebooting and reset cache and much more. does anyone know a fix for this or has anyone encountered this issue ? No stock works perfect only on custom ROMs , on aokp it happened but stopped for some time but tw based ROMs it occurs without stopping
