TF201 rooted and unlocked.
Twrp v. 2.6.0.0.
Android version 4.2.1
Build - Energy rom March 28th, 2013 JP J0P40D.WW_epad - 10.6.

Twrp is not working. It does not recognize my internal storage or sdcard. I cannot install roms or restore or backup anything. If I try to wipe data I get failed with a list of missing items. Spent days reading and I am frustrated.

Sounds to me like you have installed a TWRP made for the 4.1 bootloader onto the 4.2 bootloader which there are warnings not to do.

Are you able to boot into the ROM ? is yes we can try some ADB from your terminal emulator...

Download the JB 2.5.00 .blob file above. Save it to the root of your /sdcard directly (internal memory only) and rename it to twrp.blob

blob link : http://techerrata.com/file/twrp2/tf201/openrecovery-twrp-2.5.0.0-tf201-JB.blob

Launch terminal emulator or connect to your computer and open an adb shell, then type the following:

su

dd if=/sdcard/twrp.blob of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p4

Then reboot normally (NOT to recovery) to complete installation.

Now check if you are able to see the intSD & Ext-SD

Prime, is in twrp boot loop. I tried this with no luck before tablet starting the twrp boot loop. I got the prime to boot into recovery. In twrp when I click reboot it says no OS installed.
