Custom kernel boot screen submissions for DooMKernel [CLOSED]

ok guys by popular vote the following image has been selected for DooMKernel bootscreen

thank you pvyParts for making this one!

also thank you all who participated in this, not just for creating these screens/logos but also for voting for the ones u liked!!!

thank for creating these images as i may later on use some of them for future bootscreens/other places...

and on that note i am closing this thread!

Hello everybody,

I was planning to use a new bootscreen/bootlogo for my custom kernels

the bootscreen/bootlogo (if selected) will be used on my kernels for the following devices:

Xperia X10
Xperia Arc
Xperia Play
Xperia Neo
Xperia Mini
Xperia Mini Pro
Xperia Ray
others

i have the following technical requirements:

static iamge (as a wallpaper)
256 colors
height -> 854px
width -> 480px
BMP format

The picture may refer to/have text -> "DooMKernel", "XDA developers", "Xperia", "Android"

the bootscreen/image must be attached in ur post to this thread...

if selected i will need the BMP format to be uploaded and sent to me via p.m. and ofcourse u will be credited as the author of the image...

hope to see some good designs!

IN my opinion the kernal boot logo must be simple & elegant , resembling makers name

erm, looks great so far, a lil bit more proffessional as the colorfol xperia screen (don't understand me wrong, I like it). But coul you tell me what word under the xperia stands??

@ lukas - many colors can't be get cause its 256 color bitmap :S

I would say, the one with the text for which button enters which recovery but use the xperia text from the first solution.

Hi Doomlord,

Will the new bootanimation a complete animation. Now when I boot the unlocked bootloader I see first picture of doomkernel v5 and after that the intro of Sony Ericsson gingerbread 2.3.3.

just one entry, kinda sleepy.

all text are part of the design . opaque text (C++ command ) background are not readable when applied to our device. if you want to check this out go download and save it to your phone and view at gallery .

Something Simple.

Looks alot better from your phone. (so look at it with the XDA app or tapatalk or something that will go fullscreen

)
