Just tried ARH, which is suppose to be from another dimension of speed. Surprisingly, it didn't make any difference whatsoever.
I have one question though. How is possible that HBOOT sometimes show OpenADSP after running RUU? Couldn't be this the culprit? Please say yes.

Ohh then soff is not causing the issue for you.
I talked with couple of guys about the issue... They are saying that there were some similar issues.. Long back during gb era.. Where the culprit was Nand memory.. Getting screwed
