Well this is my first post on XDA... I hope it is helpful to you :good:
The default lock ring was getting pretty boring for me
...So i started searching for custom lock rings on XDA, but i guess its my bad luck i couldn't find anything except this http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1473293 .But the problem with this thread is that it is not compatible with HTC Explorer as we dont have fusion.apk...But i thought his work was really cool...
So here i have ported some of the coolest lock rings from his thread...Resized the images...and made a flashable zip for our HTC Explorer...:fingers-crossed:

Instructions:
1.Select the lock ring you like from below....
2.Download the zip file from the link below the lockrings...
3.Copy the zip to your phones sd card.
4.Go to recovery and flash zip.
5.Reboot
