Hutts off i don't know why but it just keep doing it
I prefer cm7 from temasek.
It has good battery life and so goooooooood performance for games (asphalt 8 works 30-25fps) camera works good and all things too? :]

Not realy im in ics stock rom with civiato kernel. But i noticed lattely that the battery is bigger than normal so it might be ir causing the probleme
I think its battery problem cause my freind had a similiar problem he touch his back of phone and it shut down (sorry for my eng)

You can also try and do the so-called "battery calibration" via, e.g. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nema.batterycalibration
