Strange, rushdroid does not work for me with this v20G firmware.
Google play store doesn't work either.

Did you restore your backup or trying to install fresh rom?
I used backup, my bat stats still screwed up though.
Edit: @douglam i have rushdroid w/titan kernal as well. backup works fine even though the rom date will show feb 17th.
It's chinese rom hence the chinese apps.

I tried both. But my restore contains Samno's Titan kernel, so I'm not sure if this affects it.
But this firmware contains some chinese apps (crap). Doesn't seem official.
Wow. That is shocking because go market has black market apps. So LG recommends piracy?
Haha that's the funniest thing i ever heard lololol go market has free stuff and most of the things you must pay for....
The free apps are the apps go make and stuff you pay for is themes etc etc..
is there any way to sync this rom with a google account?

I clean installed this rom and used TB to restore all my apps. HOwever whenever i try to install any o/c kernel like titan the network goes. So any way i can o/c v20g by just copying some relevant files? I dont' want to restore my backup as i need to keep everything stock.
Most likely, this is the same issue with V20P for the LG Thrill.
The kernel probably activates the modem differently.
Not unless the kernel is modified itself. If you want to use V20G, you'll have to use the stock kernel.
Which v21D kernel can we use w/o installing any v21D rom? I've tried titan and bluekernel both disable network. wifi works but main prob is network.
I used v0.5 and o.4 i can use my networks are you sure you even have the settings installed a kernel does not in anyway effect network...

is anyone installed the V20G have encountered the ghost call yet
i would like to hear the answer of "not yet"

i am tired of repeated testing and waiting for the ghost call.

Installed on UK P920 works fine, You can't make any calls? No Data? what isn't working.
Software version V20G is dated Apr-11-12. Roots ok with Megatron and installed Meemos Xplay3d V2.0, Ghost calls yet to be tested will report if I get any.1
Root it and install CWM then flash any of the GB Roms available on the forum.
this will fix all the above issues.
Your APN Settings have not been set that's why you have no data connection.
You could try and install google apps if you haven't already to fix market.
