So what you're telling me is you:
Renamed the file you downloaded "Update"
Placed the file on the root of your SD card
Completely turned the power off
Held Volume Down + Power to enter Hboot
Volume down twice to recovery and hit the power button
Confirm seeing an red triangle to ensure you are running stock recovery
While at that image hit Volume UP + power for diag options
Chose “Apply sdcard:update.zip”
Yes thats what i did, i’ am 100% stock and s-Off going to try factory reset and reformate my SD-card

I understand what your saying...but you said you are S-OFF, which obviously means your rooted...i dont think the update.zip will work in clockwork recovery

I used someone else's saved OTA and loaded it manually. That is what this whole thread is discussing.
