Some user might not like the following permisson:

Phone calls
read phone status and identity
Allows the app to access the phone features of the device. This permission allows the app to determine the phone number and device IDs, whether a call is active and the remote number connected by a call.

Either you should say why on the description or find another way to do what you do with it

Game is made on a Corona SDK. These permissions standard for a Corona also are necessary for advertizing show in the Lite version. In the paid version there is no advertizing and there are no permissions.

In the lite version advertizing is added, sorry.
