I am aware of how the 360 will communicate via low power BT4. But, the 360's Wireless N capability is a surprise.

The most interesting possibility (to me) is increasing the ability to perform standalone functions. For example, if it could connect via WiFi and play music or radio. I hear there are other watch devices with WiFi capability but I know no details.

If anyone has insight to the potential uses or Wireless N please share.

Maybe it will be used for Wi-Fi location?
I think that android wear devices are acting like display & input accessories to other devices and will not handle computations.

It could be for WiFi direct capability allowing for speedy file transfer between phone and watch. Although, I highly doubt it will have wifi on board as none of the other "wear" devices do, I would take the BestBuy leak with a grain of salt.

Any new info, the best buy site still list the moto 360 as wireless n capable. Anyone figure out what it does for the 360?
