CID 1111111 means Super CID. That means you can flash it regardless of whats in adroid_info file

So you could install TWRP after that and it worked as I see you have latest DU on your phone now

Hello everybody: I have TWRP 2.1.2 and I'm on Hboot 2.15, S-OFF, SuperCID and with ViperOne S Rom 2.1.0 (Android 4.1..1).
If I try to update TWRP to newer versions via Fastboot, TWRP Manager or Flashify, it won't work and I am with no recovery at all (on boot all I see is a white screen with HTC ONE logo, twice, and then the ROM starts normally)
I want to flash CM12.1, what do I do?

To install, go to bootloader and type in: fastboot flash recovery (filename).img
