Hi all,
I have mod transparent home.apk for JB 4.3 XMS
This is link download if you like my work

Note:
-Must deodexed first
-set permission to rw r r
-Push/copy paste to system/app
-Reboot

Use Gravity Box Nav bar size option for that.
