It's been long time our device didnot get any updates from any developers..someone please develop a Omni rom for our device...Galaxy grand Quattro (GT-I8552)

You will never have success with requests like this in non-device-specific forums.

Go to the forums for your device, any developers who might be interested/capable of doing the work will be there, not here.
