[Q] Battery life: Cm11 vs carbon vs omni vs probam

Which kitkat rom has best battery life from your experience. Cm11 or omni or carbon or probam?? Also state the build along with the rom which has better battery. Thanks!!

Logically... more features = more RAM usage = potentially worse battery life.

But in real life though... there is not much difference. Every people use their phone differently and have their own personal choice of apps, so judging the battery life by some abstract "is it better or worse" scale is ineffective. I would say all of these ROMs provide better battery life than stock firmware (obviously) but comparing them side by side is a bit hard. :D

Also, ROM selection is actually a small part of any battery usage... add in some factors such as custom kernels, 3G coverage, the frequency and duration of WiFi usage, GPS usage, background apps, etc.

I have been using the CM11 and Carbon ROM since some time, I found both gave more battery life than the stock one. Between them, i think they gave more or less same battery life

Just now installed the RR Rom. Will let you know the battery life after testing for a while
